Mike is a two time winner of the coveted "Chick-fil-A Symbol of Success" award and has also received numerous Top Chef, Sales and Top of the Chain awards. Throughout the years, Mike has been recognized for everything from his training efforts and his creative plush cow usage to maintaining an extremely clean, organized kitchen. He has been known by his accountants to submit a perfectly organized, neat and orderly package and by fellow operators as a loyal corporate advocate.
Unit 3916 Market at Springwoods Village FSU is scheduled to open 9/7/2017; almost 30 years to the day that Mike opened his first mall store on 9/9/1997.
Mike is a two time Houston ADI board representative, currently serving a three year term. During his initial term, he participated in the formation of guidelines under which the board currently operates today. As a current member of the ADI, Mike uses his extensive sports and marketing knowledge in contract negotiations with major sport teams.
Throughout the years, Mike has been on numerous boards within the community school district, most notably the Food Service Board and the Athletics Board.
Through Mike's spiritual faith, he has found his way to building a better business for the Chick-Fil-A brand. He has become closer to god and built a strong team at the Chick-Fil-A Louetta Crossing in Spring, TX.
